Celebration of Learning-Dinosaurs

We all fit into a dinosaur footprint.

We matched dinosaur cards with dinosaurs.

We painted a habitat for our clay mini dinosaurs.

 We sorted dinosaurs.

We sang "The Mighty Stegosaurus" for the kindergarten class.

We created dinosaurs with lots of plates, spikes, teeth, and claws so they would have many defenses to keep them protected from predators.

Our family, friends, and Reading Buddies joined us for our class Celebration of Learning-Dinosaurs. We shared our vast knowledge of dinosaurs and toured them through the classroom to view many of our projects.

We have been very busy...

painting dinosaurs,

 building block homes for dinosaurs,

measuring the length of an apatosaurus from its head to the tip of its tail (90ft),

using pasta to create dinosaur skeletons,

digging for fossils,

reading Home for a Dinosaur,

making Collagosaurus',

exploding volcanos,

peeling stickers for our Spotasuarus',

and last but not least, pitching in during our TCS community spring clean up day. We worked together to gather up A LOT of dried grasses and leaves.
